Because of the large amount of items in the cooler, the temperature in the cooler was high. Informed PIC to remove some of the goods to allow the items to stay within the proper temp limits.  |
| 3717-1-04.5(D) Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed shelves in the milk cooler that had lots of debris on them. Informed PIC it is their job to clean them before every milk shipment. |
