Operation had employee health policy and procedures in place at time of inspection. Unit is permitted to use existing chest freezer and upright fridge/freezer thru 2017 season. Operation clean and orderly at this time. Unit uses supply truck for dry goods only. Temperatures taken during inspection within limits of the food code. OK to license for 2017 season.
