Ensure there is a thermometer placed in all cold holding equipment and easily located for monitoring of temperatures. |

Complaint received regarding bare hand contact of ready to eat food items, including bananas. Spoke with owners of nature of complaint and that there must be a physical barrier between any ready-to-eat food items including the cones, toppings, etc. Saw no evidence of staff bare handing any ready-to-eat food commodity during course of inspection. |
