3701-21-02(H) FSO license not displayed; improper display of mobile FSO information. Each operator of a mobile food service operation shall conspicuously display the name of the operation, the city of origin, and area code and telephone number on the exterior of the mobile unit. The name and city of origin of the food service operation shall be displayed with individual lettering measuring at least three inches high and one inch wide.
