Repeat Observed outside and inside of backstock freezer with large amount of dirt/debris build up. Liquid spills have resulted in cardboard being stuck to the floor of unit. Unit must be cleaned. Observed debris build up in milk cooler. Absorbent sheets in bottom of unit stuck to cooler because of dried dairy build up.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.

Repeat Observed bathroom hand sinks at eighty degrees.
To ensure proper cleaning of hands, a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F (thirty-eight degrees Celsius) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.

Observed trash cans sitting in front of backstock freezer. Trash cans must be moved. Access to freezer unavailalbe with current trash can location, floors in front of freezer dirty.

Repeat Observed mops being dried using an unapproved method. Mops sitting inside and next to mop sink. Mops must be hung and air-dried.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.

Critical Observed improper display or storage of poisonous or toxic materials offered for retail sale. Observed chemicals on top of shelving above canned goods. Observed chemicals above foods in discount aisle.
To prevent contamination, poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles, or single use articles by separating the poisonous or toxic materials, and locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles, or single-use articles.
