Approved mobile and will be mailing license. Facility just needs to install handwashing sign, no smoking sign, provide sanitizer and test strips, hand soap and towels, probe thermometer for food and post license once recieved. Facility should paint edging of counter and small area on back wall, or seal in some way so that is it smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable-Owner already had plans of this. Issued employee health agreement and bodily fluid cleanup procedures at this time.
