3717-1-04.8(E) Observed single-use containers stored with food contact facing up, ensure containers inverted to prevent contamination. Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles shall be properly stored as described in this rule.

Facility has added a sandwich warmer. License level of facility is risk one, use of a warmer will raise risk to a level three. Store manager to contact inspector for confirmation that warmer will be kept- license level will changed next licensing year. No violations at this time.
