| Operating at the Fairfield County Fair. Observed no hot water available (REPEAT). Battery does not work to provide hot water heather capabilities to heat water. Operator said part had been ordered and was waiting on arrival and opportunity to fix. Operator obtained gloves at this time. Ensure hands are still be washed in the cold water provided and gloves are being changed between change in tasks and as needed. Ensure this is fixed for warewashing and handwashing purposes. *Must be corrected prior to licensing of 2024 to issue license.* Inspection completed with Breanna Boudinot & Sheila Wolfe |
