License was issued at time of inspection. Support vehicle was added to reverse side of license for when facility operates with additional truck for extra dry goods. Facility has also inquired about adding an ice cream freezer and that would be okayed for use, as long as equipment is commercial. Make sure trailer is dusted and clean out any debris from sitting over the season, before operating.
