3717-1-05.1(C)(1) Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed that the handwashing sink was not reaching temperature due to a faulty battery. Ensure that water in the handwashing sink and three compartment reach 100°F.

3717-1-04.5(D) Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed a build up of dust on the warewashing equipment. Ensure that all nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment are cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.

License was handed over during inspection. Ensure that signage includes: name of operation, city of origin, and telephone number. It was also noted during the inspection that the water heater needed a new battery, ensure that hot water is available before any food prep or sales. This inspection was also attended by Kelsey Nein.
