| Operating at the Fairfield County Fair. Observed no hot water available (REPEAT). Battery does not work to provide hot water heather capabilities to heat water. Operator said a part was ordered to fix. Ensure this is fixed for warewashing and handwashing purposes. Follow-Up will be conducted 10/11/2023.
