Corrected During Inspection Critical Handwashing sink not accessible.Observed silver metal trashcan placed in front of hand washing station. Ensure handwashing station is not blocked and always accessible.

Corrected During Inspection Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed self dispensing ice machine in dining room with buildup around dispensing chute and buildup around bottom tray. PIC stated it will be cleaned after inspection.
Ensure equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils are cleaned on a more frequent basis.
Comments
Observed leftover pulled pork being cooled in deep pan. Pork was at 90 degrees F and PIC stated it had been cooling for only 10minutes. Ensure food is cooled in shallow pans to cool rapidly to preclude any bacterial growth.
