| 3717-1-04.2(A) Corrected During Inspection Inadequate equipment available for cooling, heating or holding food. Observed the undercounter refrigerator to be 44 degrees F at time of inspection. It was adjusted to a lower temperature during inspection. Please check this unit to be sure it is maintaining temperature at 41 degrees or lower. There was no TCS food stored in the refrigerator at the time of inspection.  |
