| 3701-31-04 (B)(1)(f) Corrected During Inspection Critical Lifeguards were not on duty. There were no lifeguards to attend to the water slide. Do not operate the pool when lifeguards are required but not on duty. Manager closed off the water slide and it will not be operated unless a guard is actively guarding the landing area.  |
| 3701-31-04 (B)(4) Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. The daily testing records do not have the date or time of test indicated. They appear to be in chronilogical order, but need to be dated and have the time of test indicated. All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. |
