The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii)/Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Combined chlorine is tested later in the day currently. Combined chlorine must be tested at pool side prior to bather entry. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)/Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications. Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. One filter is not functioning at this time. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Repair filter so it operates as intended.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f)/Required turnover rates are sufficient Required turnover rates were not met. The flow rate is currently 163 gpm and needs to be at 173 or above. One of the three required filters is not connected. This may the problem. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d)/Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly. Flow switch does not appear to operating correctly and was not tested monthly as required. Have the ACC unit serviced so unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.
