3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 12 hours while the pool is in use. Record on approved form.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) Critical Repeat Flow or pressure switch for controller was not operating correctly. Repair or replace switch so controller alarms and does not continue to pump chemical when there is no flow. Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.

Comments
At time of inspection the flow switch on the controller was still not operating properly. This is a requirement in the rules and is considered a critical violation. This must be repaired and in working order by 9/10/15. A reinspection will be conducted on 9/10/15 to observe compliance. Pool should not be in operation if automatic controller is not functioning correctly.
