| 3701-31-04 (E)(4)(c)(i) Lifeguards did not have direct line of sight of all useable areas of the pool surface and bottom. (AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION BOTH LIFEGUARDS WERE OBSERVED SITTING ON A BENCH LOCATED AT THE NORTH END UNDER THE EQUIPMENT BUILDING ROOF, IN CONVERSATION WITH EACH OTHER, WHILE THERE WERE BATHERS IN THE WATER. Provide more lifeguards so that all areas of the pool surface and bottom can be within a lifeguards direct line of sight.  |
