| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. Depth markers were missing at the ends of the pool. Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. Depth markers must be located no farther than 25 feet apart and must be at least 4 inches in size. Depth should reflected to nearest 6 inch or 1/2 foot.  |
