| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii) Corrected During Inspection Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge (AT TIME OF INSPECTION THERE WAS A CROSS CONNECTION BETWEEN DRAIN LINES AND DRAIN) Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely. (THE UPSIDE DOWN BUCKETS CAN ONLY BE USED TO PREVENT SPLASH AT THE TIME OF DRAINING AND THEN MUST BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED.  |
