| 3701-31-04 (E)(4)(a) Critical An adequate number of lifeguards were not present for size of pool and the number of bathers present. No lifeguard was on watching the water during the 10 minute breaks when patrons 16 years or older are swimming. Break was over at time of inspection. Guards on duty will relay to manager. Provide the proper number of lifeguards depending on the size of the pool and the number of bathers present at all times the pool is open for use. |
