3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Staff stated the combined chlorine is tested everyday, however because it has been 0, employees were not recording it. Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily. Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) Repeat Required turnover rates were not met. At time of inspection, the pump flow rate was at 390 gal/min. Pool is required to have at least 413 gal/min.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e)/Working emergency telephone/call box provided. Emergency device (telephone) was not working. At time of inspection, the emergency phone was not working. Employee stated that the power went out earlier and the phone was working prior to that. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
