Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. (ONLY FREE CHLORINE IS BEING TESTED DAILY)
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. (FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS TO TEST FOR TOTAL CHLORINE AND COMBINED CHLORINE)

Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. (AT TIME OF INSPECTION ALKALINITY WAS 50 ppm)

Emergency device (telephone) was not working. (AT TIME OF INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY PHONE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE FRONT DESK WAS RECEIVING THE PHONE CALL, BUT NO DIAL TONE OR FRONT DESK CLERK COULD BE HEARD)
