| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) Repeat Required turnover rates were not met. The flow rate was at 150 gpm at time of inspection. The minimum required flow rate for this pool is 218 gpm. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.  |
