| 3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Free chlorine was at .2 ppm. Operator closed pool. Operator was working on adding chlorine manually to bring up the chlorine level and repairing the broken pump chlorine delivery system. Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.  |

| Reminder to test and record the flow switch every month. Flow switch was tested at time of inspection. Pool will remain closed until the free chlorine is above 1.0 ppm. A follow up inspection will be done on 4/19/19 to observe free chlorine above 1.0 ppm and system operating correctly. |
