3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. The Free Chlorine was only tested in the morning before the pool was open for the day. The Free Chlorine was not being tested every 12 hours while open or on some weekends.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii)
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

The pH of the pool was only tested and recorded once a day which was prior to bathers entering. The pH was not tested every 12 hours while open or during the weekends.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d)
Critical The flow switch was not tested and recorded monthly. The flow switch was tested at time of inspection and was functioning properly.
Test the flow switch on a monthly basis and record on the operation report.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d)
First aid kit is currently located in the pump room which is to be kept locked. First aid kit should be accessible at all times.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
Comments
The new chlorine generator cell (Autopilot CC-15 FF) is different than the cell that was originally approved. An Equipment Replacement Notification form must be submitted for the new chlorine generator cell. Make sure that pool chemistry is checked prior to opening and every 12 hours while open, including weekends.
