| 3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. Head Guard closed pool at time of inspection. Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.  |

| Some areas of the decking are beginning to chip off and become an injury hazard. Pool was closed during inspection as there was no chlorine residual. Free Chlorine residual must be at 1.0 ppm or higher for the pool to be open. Head guard stated there have been some issues with chlorinator. A follow up inspection will be conducted on Friday, 7/22/22 to observe chlorine residual is at least 1.0 ppm and chlorinator is operating correctly. |
