The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii)/Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Combined chlorine is currently being tested later in the day. Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d)/Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly. Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly. Flow switch does not appear to be operating correctly and is not being tested monthly. Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.
