| POOL WAS CLOSED AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION. Pool has been closed since January 2019 due to broken and frozen pipes. At the time of this inspection operator stated that the pool is anticipated to be open within this next month. ~ Pool has been repainted and new main drain covers have been installed. Operator states that he has been in contact with Ohio Department of Health. ~ Operator states that new signage is on order. ~ Operator states that a new heater has been purchased and is awaiting new duct work to be received and installed. ~ Operator states that EcoLab is to install a new Automatic Chemical Controller and pool is to be converted to a salt system. Ensure that the new Automatic Chemical Controller is on the approved list available from the Ohio Department of Health. ~ An approved "Weekly Pool Operation and Incident Report" form was provided. Ensure to use this form to conduct and document the required pool chemistry. Maintain records for 2 years. ~ Incident reporting was reviewed ~ Responding to fecal incidents was reviewed |
