| Self-closing, self-latching door shall remain closed at all times. Skimmer equalizer outlets need to have VGB approved covers or plugged to prevent entanglement. Access to the pumps and chemicals need to be inaccessible. Chemical records appeared inconsistent with our test results. Make sure staff is trained and aware of chemical testing and record keeping. |
