3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. The controller was showing a no flow alarm and was not operating.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f)
Required turnover rates were not met. The flow needs to be at least 413 gpm.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

Repeat Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. The two ladders near the diving boards are loose.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
Comments
Shepherds crook, spine board, throw ring, first aid kit, emergency phone available. Pool can not open until the Automatic Chemical Controller is operating correctly.
