3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. (POOL CHEMISTRY IS NOT BEING TESTED ON THE WEEKENDS WHEN THE POOL IS OPERATIONAL) Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.

Comments
Take action to lower combined chlorine. Ideally combined chlorine should be 0. Once combined chlorine reaches 0.4 ppm action should be taken to lower it. This was discussed with Bill at time of inspection. Check emergency phone on a regular basis to ensure that the dial tone is audible.

Inspection Outcome:
