| 3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) Corrected During Inspection Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly. Flow switch was not operable at time of inspection. Repairs were made, flow switch was tested and functioned at time of inspection. Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.  |
