Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h)/Required meters and gauges maintained/functional Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter was not operating correctly. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o)/Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent The handrail for the steps is loose. Tighten the handrail so that it does not cause a safety risk.
