| Skimmer equalizer outlets need to have VGB approved covers or plugged to prevent entanglement. Chemical records appeared inconsistent with our test results. Make sure staff is trained and aware of chemical testing and record keeping. When the pool is closed, it must be documented on the chemical record keeping log that the pool is CLOSED. Flow meter appeared to be stuck at the bottom, unable to get a reading. Make sure flow meter is working correctly. Perimeter gate was closed at time of inspection. |
