| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) Required turnover rates were not met. The flow rate of the pool was at 390 gpm at time of inspection. Flow rate needs to be at 413 gpm or greater. Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.  |

| Water was a bit cloudy at time of inspection, however the main drain was still visible. Ladders were being installed at time of inspection. Flow switch was tested at time of inspection. Safety equipment was in place. OK to issue license. |
