| 3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. At time of inspection, the throw rope was missing. Employees are picking it up today and will be connected before opening for the year. Provide a proper floatation device at all times.  |
