| 3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) Critical Records do not indicate that the flow switch is being tested. Flow switch needs to be tested and recorded monthly. Flow switch was tested at time of inspection. Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.  |
