3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. The controller was reading PH at 7.7 but the spa was actually at 6.8. Adjust controller so it accurately measures PH and controls the PH correctly.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

Submit Equipment Replacement Notification form for new PH feeder that has a different model number than the previous feeder. Controller needs adjusted so it correctly monitors and adjusts the ph of the spa and keeps it in an acceptable range. A follow up will be conducted on October 21, 2016 to observe compliance and controller operating correctly.
