3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.(AT TIME OF INSPECTION IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THE FREE CHLORINE IS NOT BEING TEST PRIOR TO THE POOL OPENING AND EVERY 12 HOURS EVERY DAY. IF THE POOL IS GOING TO BE OPEN TO BATHERS, THEN POOL CHEMISTRY MUST BE TESTED AT THE REQUIRED FREQUENCY. IF THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO CONDUCT POOL CHEMISTRY THEN THE POOL MUST BE CLOSED AND DOCUMENTED)
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. (AT TIME OF INSPECTION IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THE COMBINED CHLORINE IS NOT BEING TEST PRIOR TO THE POOL OPENING AND EVERY 12 HOURS EVERY DAY. IF THE POOL IS GOING TO BE OPEN TO BATHERS, THEN POOL CHEMISTRY MUST BE TESTED AT THE REQUIRED FREQUENCY. Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.(AT TIME OF INSPECTION IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS NOT BEING RECORDED PRIOR TO THE POOL OPENING EVERY DAY. IF THE POOL IS GOING TO BE OPEN TO BATHERS, THEN POOL CHEMISTRY MUST BE TESTED AT THE REQUIRED FREQUENCY. IF THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO CONDUCT POOL CHEMISTRY THEN THE POOL MUST BE CLOSED AND DOCUMENTED)
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c)
Repeat SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records were not maintained. (AT TIME OF INSPECTION IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THE ACC IS NOT BEING TESTED (MONTHLY) TO ENSURE THAT IT SHUTS OFF DUE TO AN INCIDENT SUCH AS A BLOCK IN FLOW.)
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
