3701-31-04 (B)(6) Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Lights in the pool are not operable at time of inspection. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Pool was designed and approved with the pool lights to be operational. This may affect lighting levels and pool safety during times when the pool is open for patrons.

Circulation pump has been replaced with a different make and model pump. Submit Equipment Replacement Notification form for new pump. Operator stated ERN has been submitted at this time. Make sure to document when the testing is done of the flow switch. Flow switch was operational and tested at time of inspection.
