| 3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) Corrected During Inspection Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 2 ppm for the pool. Free chlorine level was raised to 4.0 ppm at time of inspection. Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. Closely monitor free chlorine level to ensure controller is working correctly.  |
| 3701-31-04 (E)(f) The recreation slide does not have the minimum user height posted. Minimum height for users should be 6 inches above the static level. Post the safety recommendation sign for the slide(s) in a prominent location at all times the pool is available for use. |
