| 3701-31-04 (B)(6) Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. One of the lights in the pool were loose at the time of inspection. Manager stated that the lights are not used and there is no power to the lights. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.  |
| 3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) Emergency device (telephone) was not working at time of inspection. Manager stated they will purchase a new phone today. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. |
