At the time of this inspection the pool was unable to be opened to the public for swimming. Have all of the following items corrected prior to scheduling next inspection: ~ Ensure the emergency phone has a dial tone and is operational ~ Ensure the safety line is in place (code requires the safety line shall be anchored to the interior wall of the pool and shall be located one foot toward the shallow portion of the pool from the break in slope) ~ Ensure the flow meter is functioning correctly ~ Ensure the pump is operational ~ Ensure the pump is running continually and is not shut off at any time. The equipment shall remain on until the pool closes for the season. ~ Ensure the gate is self-closing and latching each and every time ~ Ensure to maintain the required air gap for the water discharge
