3701-31-04 (B)(4)
Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. The pool operator was not keeping records of when the flow switch was being tested. The records for chlorine was inconsistent. A reminder that the total chlorine is the free and combined added together.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (C)(3)
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. At time of inspection, the alkalinity was 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i)
Repeat 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook was not provided at the unguarded pool. The reach pole has a telescopic shepherd's crook.
Provide a 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole in the pool area at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e)
Repeat Emergency device (telephone) was not working. The emergency phone has a busy signal when it is picked up.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i)/A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. At time of inspection, the flow meter was not showing a reading.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
