3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. No records for testing alkalinity were observed. Test total alkalinity at least once/week.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) Gates or doors were not self-closing and self latching. The entry gate was not closing completely at time of inspection. Repair gates or doors in order to be self-closing and lockable.

Guard certificates were checked at time of inspection. One guard (Manager) is using the 120 day emergency extension offered by the American Red Cross, but the copy of the extension was not on file. Manager was not guarding at time of inspection. This must be on file before guarding the pool.
