| 3701-31-04 (D)(7)(e) Critical Automatic chemical controller in use was not on the acceptable list. Controller appears to meet the pool rule requirements however, it is not on the approved list. Submit the ACC unit for placement on the acceptable list or replace the unit with a unit that is on the list. Either replace the automatic chemical controller with an approved unit or obtain approval from the Ohio Department of Health for existing controller.  |

| Pool drain covers were not checked prior to filling. Please contact our office next year prior to filling to schedule a main drain inspection. Emergency phone is now located in the main office, make sure it is available at all times the pool is open. Submit controller information for approval or replace it with an approved automatic controller. Lifeguard certificates must be available at next inspection for review. Throw ring, spine board, shepherds crook, emergency phone, and first aid kit available. Okay to open for the season. |
