3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) Repeat Two ladders on the diving well area are loose. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are in good repair.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e)/Working emergency telephone/call box provided. Emergency device (telephone) was not working. Phone had no ringtone at time of inspection and was unable to dial out. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.

Emergency phone is now operating. Manager called prior to scheduled follow up inspection to state that the phone had been fixed but the operational hours of the pool were limited due to school being in session.
