| Attempted inspection. Pool is still closed and has been for several years for repairs. The deck surface has been changed and the circulation pump has been replaced with a pump with a different model number. Contact Ohio Department of Health Recreation program for approval of the new surface at 614-644-7438. Equipment Replacement form left at time of inspection to be submitted for new pump. |
