| Make sure lifeguards are ready to enter the water when actively guarding. Please forward guard certificates to HPH. ERN for new equipment has been submitted and approved by Ohio Department of Health. Flow switch was tested at time of inspection. Make sure this is tested and recorded at least every 30 days. Pool Chemistry (Free Chlorine, Combined Chlorine, pH, temperature, clarity need to be tested every 12 hours while pool is in use. |
