| 3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) Corrected During Inspection Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. At time of inspection, there was no measurable free chlorine. Staff made repairs to the disinfection tubing and the free chlorine came up to 1.0 ppm. Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.  |
| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. The ladder at the NorthWest corner of the pool was loose. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair. |
